The present disclosure provides: an L-isoleucine-producing microorganism expressing threonine export protein RhtC; a method for producing L-isoleucine, comprising a step of culturing the microorganism; and a method for increasing L-isoleucine productivity of the microorganism, comprising a step of introducing a threonine export protein RhtC gene into a cell.
