Abstract
Provided is sRNA derived from a medicinal plant, comprising the unmodified sRNA of any one of SEQ ID NO. 1 to SEQ ID NO. 84, a modified sRNA, a 5′-end and/or 3′-end truncated sRNA, an sRNA having a homology of 80% or greater, a fusion sRNA, a complementary or hybridized sRNA, a fully complementary double-stranded RNA or partially complementary double-stranded RNA, an sRNA containing a hairpin structure, or a combination thereof, which can be used to treat or prevent bone metabolic diseases.

An sRNA, comprising an sRNA as set forth in any one of the sequences SEQ ID NO. 1 to SEQ ID NO. 84 or a combination thereof.
