High-temperature resistant grease for elastomer seals of hydrogen injectors or compressors

Abstract

The present disclosure relates the technical field of grease, particularly to a high-temperature resistant grease for elastomer seals of hydrogen injectors or compressors. The high-temperature resistant grease comprises: a base oil with a mass percentage of 75-85%, a thickener with a mass percentage of 10-20%, and an additive with a mass percentage of 1-10%. The base oil comprises a high-viscosity synthetic oil or a mineral oil, and the additive comprises one of an antioxidant, an antirust, an extreme pressure agent, and a nanoclay. The high-temperature resistant grease adopted in the present disclosure solves problems of poor thermal stability of traditional greases in high-temperature hydrogen environments, insufficient compatibility of elastomer, and poor protection effect of seals. The present disclosure achieves long-term effective sealing of elastomer seals in high-temperature environments, prolongs service life of the elastomer seals, and improves safety and efficiency of operation of hydrogen energy equipment.
