Dispersion liquid, method for producing same, and cured product thereof

Abstract

There is provided a dispersion comprising titanium oxide particles, a silane coupling agent and a monomer having a polymerizable functional group, wherein the titanium oxide particles are particles of a rutile-type titanium oxide whose core is surface-treated with a hydrous oxide of tin or zirconium, wherein a viscosity of the monomer at 25° C. is 100 mPa·s or less; the amount of an ignited solid when the dispersion is ignited at 925° C. for 2 hours is 15 to 55% by mass; a content of the silane coupling agent in the dispersion is 2 to 15% by mass; a content of the monomer is 30 to 85% by mass; a content of an organic solvent having no polymerizable functional groups is 10% by mass or less; and a viscosity of the dispersion at 25° C. is 500 mPa·s or less. Thus, there is provided a curable dispersion which contains titanium oxide particles, has a higher refractive index, exhibits excellent transparency, has a low volatile solvent content, exhibits a low viscosity, and exhibits excellent viscosity stability.
