A compound having a structure of formula II-3 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:

• wherein Y is CH;
• wherein R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen, deuterium, halogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 haloalkyl, hydroxy-substituted C1-C6 alkyl, cyano, nitro, —ORa, NRaRb, —SRa, —C(O)ORa, —C(O)Ra, —C(O)NRaRb, —NRaC(O)Ra, —S(O)3Ra, or —S(O)2Ra;
• or R1 and R2, together with an atom, form a 5-6-membered saturated ring or a 5-6-membered unsaturated ring, wherein the 5-6-membered saturated ring or the 5-6-membered unsaturated ring comprises 0, 1, or 2 heteroatoms selected from O, S, and N;
• wherein R4 is hydrogen, deuterium, halogen, or C1-C6 alkyl;
• wherein R5 is C1-C6 alkyl;
• wherein Ra and Rb are independently hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl.
