Precision positioning mechanism for sheet materials, printing device, and printing process

A precision positioning mechanism for sheet materials, comprising:

• a platform (100), wherein the platform (100) comprises a positioning plate (110), and the positioning plate (110) defines a plurality of blowing holes (111) and a plurality of suction holes (112);
• positioning rods (410), wherein the positioning rods (410) are securely affixed to two adjacent edges of the positioning plate (110) and protrude from the positioning plate (110), and each of the plurality of blowing holes (111) is inclined with respect to a thickness direction of the positioning plate (110) and is inclined facing towards an intersection point of the two adjacent edges of the positioning plate (110) where the positioning rods (410) are located;
• and
• a blowing component (200) and a suction component (300), wherein an air outlet of the blowing component (200) is connected to the plurality of blowing holes (111) to blow air into the plurality of blowing holes (111), and an air inlet of the suction component (300) is connected to the plurality of suction holes (112) to draw air through the plurality of suction holes (112).
