Communication route search device and flying object coping system

A communication route search device to transmit flying object information, wherein

• the communication route search device is provided in a communication system to transmit flying object information over a communication network that is formed by a plurality of communication satellites through cross-linking of communication devices mounted on the communication satellites with each other,
• the communication route search device acquires, as input conditions, at least:
• communication start time;
• position coordinates of a sender that sends out flying object information;
• and
• position coordinates of a destination that receives the flying object information,
• based on the input conditions, the communication route search device searches for a communication path represented as a sequence of satellite IDs through which flying object information will be transmitted,
• in the search for the communication path, the communication route search device takes into consideration all or some of:
• a prediction error of an actual flying position of a communication satellite relative to a planned orbit;
• an error in a predicted time at which specific position coordinates will be passed;
• a delay associated with information transmission;
• a traveled distance of a communication satellite associated with the prediction error and the delay;
• and
• relative positional change to a nearby passing satellite,
• determines a communication path capable of transmitting flying object information in a shortest time as an optimal route, and
• generates communication commands to communication satellites that constitute the optimal route.

A communication route search device to transmit flying object information, wherein

• the communication route search device is provided in a communication system to transmit flying object information over a communication network that is formed by a plurality of communication satellites through cross-linking of communication devices mounted on the communication satellites with each other,
• the communication route search device acquires, as input conditions, at least:
• communication start time;
• position coordinates of a sender that sends out flying object information;
• and
• position coordinates of a destination that receives the flying object information,
• based on the input conditions, the communication route search device searches for a communication path represented as a sequence of satellite IDs through which flying object information will be transmitted,
• in the search for the communication path, the communication route search device takes into consideration all of:
• a prediction error of an actual flying position of a communication satellite relative to a planned orbit;
• an error in a predicted time at which specific position coordinates will be passed;
• a delay associated with information transmission;
• a traveled distance of a communication satellite associated with the prediction error and the delay;
• and
• relative positional change to a nearby passing satellite,
• determines a communication path capable of transmitting flying object information in a shortest time as an optimal route, and
• generates communication commands to communication satellites that constitute the optimal route.

A flying object coping system comprising:

• a plurality of surveillance satellites each including a surveillance device;
• a plurality of communication satellites each including a communication device;
• and
• a ground center capable of communicating with the surveillance satellites and the communication satellites, wherein
• the ground center acquires detection of launch of a flying object or detection of a high-temperature target by a surveillance satellite as a communication start event,
• in response to the communication start event, based on position information of the surveillance satellite on which the detection has occurred and detection time information, the ground center searches for a communication path for transmitting flying object information over a communication network formed by cross-linking of the communication devices mounted on the communication satellites with each other,
• the communication path is set up on the communication network, and
• the ground center transmits communication commands to communication satellites included in the communication path for making the communication satellites transmit flying object information.

A flying object coping system comprising:

• a surveillance satellite carrying a plurality of surveillance devices;
• and
• a coping ground center to receive acquired flying object information from the surveillance satellite, wherein
• the flying object information includes
• a time of detection of a high-temperature target by the surveillance satellite,
• a surveillance satellite ID,
• a surveillance device ID, and
• surveillance data,
• the coping ground center
• derives a position of the surveillance satellite at the time of detection, and forwarding direction and line-of-sight direction of the surveillance device based on the flying object information,
• extracts a brightness of a high-temperature target from the surveillance data, and
• generates a line-of-sight vector oriented to the high-temperature object, and
• the coping ground center
• positions said line-of-sight vectors acquired from a plurality of surveillance satellites in chronological order in an earth fixed coordinate system, and
• estimates a position and a moving direction of the flying object by the principle of spatial triangulation.
