A non-transitory storage medium storing a program for causing a computer to execute an information processing method comprising, during electric power supply from a battery of a vehicle to an outside, the vehicle including the battery and an internal combustion engine:

• acquiring a current battery temperature of the vehicle from a sensor;
• determining, in accordance with the acquired current battery temperature, a reference value of a state of charge at which charging of the battery by driving of the internal combustion engine is started;
• acquiring a current state of charge of the vehicle;
• determining whether to start the charging of the battery in accordance with the acquired current state of charge being lower than the determined reference value;
• and
• starting the charging of the battery by driving the internal combustion engine of the vehicle when determination is made to start the charging,
• wherein the determining the reference value is configured by setting the reference value to a higher value as the current battery temperature is lower.
