A rolling tube support system includes a tube cradle having opposing cradle walls, a base, and upstanding cradle arms configured to receive a tube. One or more wheels are supported by axle portions associated with the cradle to enable rolling movement. An elastic band is routed through vents formed in the cradle and secured to the upstanding cradle arms to retain the tube without puncturing or damaging the tube, while allowing selective detachment. In certain embodiments, a snap-in axle cooperates with snap-in retention features of the cradle, and one or more springs are positioned between the cradle and the axle to provide resilient load absorption. The system may be implemented in simplified or modular configurations and provides secure retention, rolling mobility, and tool-less assembly.
