Implantable Device, in Particular for the Reconstruction of the Hypodermis

A bioresorbable implantable device for the replacement and/or reconstruction and/or augmentation of soft tissue, wherein said implantable device comprises a base structure comprising at least one base layer, said base layer comprising:

• an assembly A comprising a layer of a plurality of elongate elements A1 , spaced apart from each other, and oriented in a longitudinal direction LA1, and a layer of a plurality of elongate elements A2, spaced apart from each other, and oriented in a longitudinal direction LA2, the directions LA1 and LA2 being intersecting;
• an assembly B comprising a layer of a plurality of elongate elements B1 , spaced apart from each other, and oriented in a longitudinal direction LB1 and a layer of a plurality of elongate elements B2, spaced apart from each other, and oriented in a longitudinal direction LB2, the directions LB1 and LB2 being intersecting;
• the assembly B is placed at least partially on top of the assembly A;
• the direction LA1 intersects the direction LB1;
• and wherein the base structure comprises a plurality of base layers placed at least partially one on top of the other.
