Abstract
The present disclosure provides compositions, kits, and methods for enhanced wound healing, scar prevention, and post-procedural skin recovery. The compositions co-localize exosomes and a multi-peptide complex within a placental ECM-derived scaffold to provide coordinated modulation of inflammatory, proliferative, and remodeling pathways and controlled topical delivery.
Claims18
A composition for topical application to promote wound healing and scar reduction, the composition comprising:
- (a) a population of exosomes derived from mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs);
- (b) a peptide complex comprising two or more peptides selected from GHK-Cu, Tetrapeptide-7, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, Oligopeptide-20, Myristoyl Hexapeptide-16, and Oligopeptide-34;
- and (c) a biocompatible scaffold comprising placental-derived extracellular matrix (ECM) components selected from Type I, Type III, and Type IV collagens, fibronectin, and laminin;
- wherein the exosomes and the peptide complex are co-localized within the scaffold.
