Abstract
Described is a trocar fixation assembly that includes a dressing and a trocar attachment device, wherein the dressing has a first, skin-facing side and a second, opposing side; the first, skin-facing side of the dressing includes an adhesive layer, wherein the dressing also includes an aperture for insertion of a trocar during use, characterized in that the dressing further includes a first annular coupling member arranged on the second side of the dressing and encircling the aperture; the first annular coupling member being configured to detachably connect the dressing with the trocar attachment device.

A trocar fixation assembly comprising a dressing and a trocar attachment device, wherein said dressing has a first, skin-facing side and a second, opposing side said first, skin-facing side of said dressing comprising an adhesive layer wherein said dressing comprises an aperture for insertion of a trocar during use, characterized in that said dressing further comprises a first annular coupling member arranged on said second side of said dressing and encircling said aperture;
- said first annular coupling member being configured to detachably connect said dressing with said trocar attachment device.
