A multifunctional full-body fully-automatic bathing and back scrubbing machine comprises an instant electric water heater, a cleaning agent supply system, a drying unit and a sterilization unit, and is characterized in that:

• The machine may be configured in either a vertical or horizontal orientation, and features an inner cavity contoured to the human form. This anthropomorphic cavity is defined by opposing surfaces of the main body and a door, which collectively form the complete human silhouette when the door is in the closed position. The wall thickness of the main body's cavity exceeds that of the door. A plurality of rotary or oscillating washing and back scrubbing heads are disposed within both the main body and door cavities. Adjacent to these heads are shower jets and cleaning agent nozzles. The main cavity further incorporates a plurality of through-holes, an air inlet in its lower part, and an exhaust outlet at the top. The user-contact portion of each washing and back scrubbing head comprises a flexible brushing material. One or more of these heads are mounted on a washing unit, which is itself coupled to a telescoping mechanism. Multiple such washing units and telescoping mechanisms may be positioned at identical or distinct anatomical regions. Sensors are arranged near the washing and back scrubbing heads at the head, chest, waist, abdomen, and buttocks to detect user height, gender, and body type. An integrated controller operates the telescoping motion of the washing and back scrubbing heads based on sensor input to perform washing and back scrubbing, and further manages post-cycle cavity cleaning, drying, disinfection, and sterilization.
