A stretching table with a length-adjustable tabletop, comprising a table leg (3), wherein the table leg (3) is fixed to each of four corners on a bottom surface of a fixing frame (4), a sliding rail assembly (5) and a lifting block (6) are sequentially disposed on each of opposite inner side surfaces of the fixing frame (4), a sliding column (53) is respectively disposed on inner side surfaces at two ends of a body of the sliding rail assembly (5), the sliding column (53) is clamped in a sliding groove (61), the sliding groove (61) is formed on a side surface of the lifting block (6), and a second table plate (2) is disposed on a top surface of the lifting block (6);

• and a first table plate (1) is respectively disposed on top surfaces at the two ends of the body of the sliding rail assembly (5), the first table plate (1) is pulled outward, and the sliding column (53) moves in the sliding groove (61), to drive the second table plate (2) to move to be between two first table plates (1).
