Arrangements for leveraging hybrid learning models for device evaluation are provided. In some examples, a user computing device, may train a micro language model to recommend a payment device for use in an ongoing transaction based on details of the transaction. The user computing device may detect initiation of a transaction may receive transaction details. The user computing device may also receive, from a computing platform and via a unified language model feed layer, user specific payment device information generated by a large language model executing on the computing platform. The user computing device may execute, in real-time, the micro language model using the user specific payment device information and transaction details to output a recommended payment device. The user computing device may generate a notification including the recommended payment device and may display the notification on a display of the user computing device.
