Abstract
The present invention provides a flood barrier wall using a double airbag and a construction method therefor, wherein a movable bag plate, a double airbag-type movable bag, a rubber hinge part, a movable plate, and a spacer are installed on bolts installed in foundation concrete. The movable plate can be automatically placed in an upright position by the double airbag-type movable bag in the event of a flood to immediately handle an overflow of water.

A flood barrier wall using a double airbag, the flood barrier wall comprising:
- foundation concrete extending in a longitudinal direction of river flow;
- a movable bag plate fixedly coupled to bolts coupled to an upper side of the foundation concrete and extending horizontally toward a river;
- a first bracket fixedly coupled to a side surface of the foundation concrete to support the movable bag plate;
- a movable bag, which is disposed on an upper side of the movable bag plate, fixedly coupled to the bolts coupled to the upper side of the foundation concrete, and formed to extend toward the river, wherein the movable bag is formed to extend longer than an extension length of the movable bag plate and is configured in a form of a double airbag composed of two airbags that are inflated by air injection;
- a separation plate disposed on an upper side of the movable bag and fixedly coupled to the bolts coupled to the upper side of the foundation concrete;
- a rubber hinge part disposed on an upper side of the separation plate, fixedly coupled to the bolts coupled to the upper side of the foundation concrete, formed to extend horizontally toward the river, and made of a flexible, waterproof rubber material;
- a movable plate fixedly coupled to one end of the rubber hinge part extending toward the river, erected vertically with respect to the rubber hinge part by the movable bag when air is injected into the movable bag, and overturned toward the river when the air inside the movable bag is discharged;
- a second bracket fixedly coupled to the side surface of the foundation concrete;
- and
- a spacer formed on the second bracket to support the movable plate.

A construction method for constructing a flood barrier wall using a double airbag, the construction method comprising:
- a first and second bracket installation step of installing multiple first and second brackets on a side surface of foundation concrete;
- a spacer installation step of installing multiple spacers on the second bracket installed in the first and second bracket installation step;
- a movable bag plate installation step of installing multiple bolts on the foundation concrete in a river flow direction, and installing a movable bag plate, which extends horizontally toward a river, on the bolts coupled to an upper side of the foundation concrete, wherein at least one movable bag plate is disposed to be in contact with an upper side of the first bracket and then installed in the first and second bracket installation step;
- a movable bag installation step of disposing at least one movable bag, which is formed to extend longer than the movable bag plate installed in the movable bag plate installation step and has a form of a double airbag composed of two airbags inflated by air injection, on an upper side of the movable bag plate, then coupling the movable bag through the bolts installed in the foundation concrete, and connecting an air injection means to the movable bag so as to inject air thereinto;
- a separation plate installation step of disposing at least one separation plate on an upper side of the movable bag installed in the movable bag installation step, wherein the at least one separation plate is installed on the bolts installed in the foundation concrete;
- and
- a rubber hinge part and movable plate installation step of coupling at least one movable plate to at least one rubber hinge part after the separation plate installation step, wherein one side of the rubber hinge part is fixedly coupled to the bolts installed in the foundation concrete, and the movable plate is disposed to be in contact with the spacers installed on the second bracket so as to enable installation of the rubber hinge part and the movable plate.
