A process for manufacturing solid particles comprising at least one aminocarboxylate complexing agent or its salts with alkali metals, comprising spray-drying a slurry comprising aminocarboxylate complexing agent, in the presence of fine particles with an average diameter of at most 300 μm, under agglomerating conditions.
