Abstract
A wiper control device 10 determines whether water droplets are attached on a window glass or not based on window information, identifies an amount of the water droplets from the window information, operates a count of times a driver looks in an inside rear view mirror based on line of sight information, sets a count threshold corresponding to the amount of the water droplets, and outputs a control command to drive a rear wiper when the water droplets are determined to be attached on the window glass, and the operated count of looks is equal to or more than the count threshold.
