A multilayer film according to the embodiments comprises a laminate including a first layer and a second layer disposed on the first layer; the first layer comprises a polyester resin including diol residues and dicarboxylic acid residues; the second layer comprises a butenediol vinyl alcohol copolymer; and the laminate has an oxygen permeability of 0.1 cc/m2·day·atm or less. The multilayer film provides low oxygen permeability, an interface that is not easily delaminated, and improved processability, and a display device and a packaging material comprising the multilayer film are provided. Accordingly, oxygen ingress from outside into elements of a display device or packaged foods can be effectively blocked. In addition, the multilayer film exhibits excellent processability due to a non-delaminating interface and a small maximum thickness deviation. Furthermore, resins applied to the multilayer film have controlled melting and decomposition temperatures, enabling easy co-extrusion. Moreover, the multilayer film has high water dispersibility, thereby facilitating recycling.
