Abstract
A sealing device includes an elastic body portion that is annular and is formed with an elastic body. The elastic body portion has a seal lip which is annular. The seal lip contacts a guide member inserted into the seal lip. An interference of the seal lip with respect to the guide member inserted into the seal lip has such a size that insertion of the guide member into the seal lip becomes easy. The seal lip is a tubular portion extending along an axis line.

A sealing device for sealing a portion between a first guide member as a member which guides a fluid and a second guide member as a member which has an opening portion housing the first guide member and guides the fluid, the sealing device comprising
- an elastic body portion as a portion that is annular around an axis line and is formed with an elastic body, wherein
- the elastic body portion has a seal lip as a portion which is annular around the axis line,
- the seal lip is configured to contact the first guide member inserted into the seal lip,
- an interference of the seal lip with respect to the first guide member inserted into the seal lip has such a size that insertion of the first guide member into the seal lip becomes easy, and
- the seal lip is a tubular portion extending along the axis line.
