Abstract
A charging and discharging device includes a mechanism unit; a power supply unit; and an airflow circulation unit. The mechanism unit brings pins for charging and discharging into contact with battery cells. The power supply unit is disposed adjacent to the mechanism unit, supplies power, and controls charging and discharging. The airflow circulation unit that continuously circulates air through the power supply unit to the mechanism unit.

A charging and discharging device, comprising:
- a mechanism unit configured to brings a plurality of pins of the mechanism unit for charging and discharging into contact with a plurality of battery cells;
- a power supply unit that is disposed adjacent to the mechanism unit, and configured to supply power and controls charging and discharging of the charging and discharging device;
- and
- an airflow circulation unit configured to continuously circulates air through the power supply unit to the mechanism unit.
