Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for providing UE policy information in a wireless communication system. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method by which a first AMF managing the mobility of a UE provides UE policy information in a wireless communication system comprises, in case that a situation of AMF relocation occurs, receiving, by the first AMF, a registration request from the UE during the AMF relocation, receiving, by the first AMF, UE policy-related information from a second AMF managing mobility of the UE before the AMF relocation, transmitting, by the first AMF, a request message comprising information indicating the AMF relocation to a first policy control function (PCF) managing the UE policy information after the AMF relocation, receiving, by the first AMF, a response message comprising the UE policy information to be applied to the UE after the AMF relocation from the first PCF, and transmitting, by the first AMF, the UE policy information to the UE.
