• periodically receiving a plurality of positioning system information blocks by using system information, wherein a periodicity of the plurality of positioning system information blocks comprises a plurality of periodicities of the system information, and one segment of each of one or more positioning system information blocks in the plurality of positioning system information blocks is received in one periodicity of the system information.

A communication apparatus, wherein the apparatus comprises a processing module and a transceiver module, wherein

• the processing module is configured to obtain a plurality of positioning system information blocks, wherein each positioning system information block comprises a plurality of segments;
• and
• the transceiver module is configured to periodically broadcast the plurality of positioning system information blocks by using system information, wherein a periodicity of the plurality of positioning system information blocks comprises a plurality of periodicities of the system information, and one segment of each of one or more positioning system information blocks in the plurality of positioning system information blocks is sent in one periodicity of the system information.

A communication apparatus, wherein the apparatus comprises a transceiver module, wherein

• the transceiver module is configured to periodically receive a plurality of positioning system information blocks by using system information, wherein a periodicity of the plurality of positioning system information blocks comprises a plurality of periodicities of the system information, and one segment of each of one or more positioning system information blocks in the plurality of positioning system information blocks is received in one periodicity of the system information.
