Abstract
A network-device management apparatus includes a network interface and a processor. The network interface is to communicate with a first network of a first network protocol, wherein the first network is to manage a second network of a second network protocol that is different from the first network protocol. The processor is to run a Network Operating System (NOS) that jointly manages network devices in both the first network and the second network.

A network-device management apparatus, comprising:
- a network interface, to communicate with a first network of a first network protocol, wherein the first network is to manage a second network of a second network protocol that is different from the first network protocol;
- and
- a processor, to run a Network Operating System (NOS) that jointly manages network devices in both the first network and the second network.
A network-device management method, comprising:
- communicating with a first network of a first network protocol, wherein the first network is to manage a second network of a second network protocol that is different from the first network protocol;
