Transmitter for re-driver using all-CMOS process

A re-driver comprising:

• an equalizer;
• a gain amplifier coupled to the equalizer;
• and
• a transmitter coupled to the gain amplifier and comprising:
• a first transistor comprising a first terminal, a second terminal and a gate terminal, wherein the gate terminal of the first transistor is configured to receive a first input signal and the first terminal of the first transistor is configured to output a second output signal;
• a second transistor comprising a first terminal, a second terminal and a gate terminal, wherein the gate terminal of the second transistor is configured to receive a second input signal and the first terminal of the second transistor is configured to output a first output signal;
• a capacitor coupled between the second terminal of the first transistor and the second terminal of the second transistor;
• a resistor coupled between the second terminal of the first transistor and the second terminal of the second transistor;
• a first load resistor coupled between the first terminal of the first transistor and a first node;
• a second load resistor coupled between the first terminal of the second transistor and the first node;
• and
• a current source coupled to at least one of the first terminal of the first transistor, the first terminal of the second transistor, and the first node.
