Artificial intelligence system for generating pharmaceutical intervention plans based on patient profiles

A method comprising:

• creating, by one or more processors, a pharmaceutical profile for a patient, wherein the pharmaceutical profile comprises information regarding one or more of one or more active prescriptions for the patient, one or more inactive past prescriptions for the patient, one or more diagnosis codes for the patient, prescription directions for the one or more active prescriptions for the patient, allergy information for the patient, clinical interventions for the patient, insurance information for the patient, a preferred store for the patient, and demographic information for the patient;
• receiving, by the one or more processors, real-time prescription information for the patient;
• receiving, by the one or more processors, a set of criteria for an intervention program set by one of an employer of the patient, an insurance payor of the patient, and a pharmacy for the patient;
• determining, by the one or more processors, that a drug identified in the real-time prescription information satisfies a criterion in the set of criteria for the intervention program;
• determining, by the one or more processors, based on the pharmaceutical profile for the patient, that the information in the pharmaceutical profile satisfies a remainder of the criteria in the set of criteria for the intervention program;
• and
• generating, by the one or more processors, based on the pharmaceutical profile for the patient, the intervention program, and the real-time prescription information for the patient an intervention plan for the patient, wherein the intervention plan comprises specialized instructions for the patient regarding joining the intervention program.

A computing device comprising:

• a storage component;
• and
• one or more processors configured to:
• create a pharmaceutical profile for a patient, wherein the pharmaceutical profile comprises information regarding one or more of one or more active prescriptions for the patient, one or more inactive past prescriptions for the patient, one or more diagnosis codes for the patient, prescription directions for the one or more active prescriptions for the patient, allergy information for the patient, clinical interventions for the patient, insurance information for the patient, a preferred store for the patient, and demographic information for the patient;
• receive real-time prescription information for the patient;
• receive a set of criteria for an intervention program set by one of an employer of the patient, an insurance payor of the patient, and a pharmacy for the patient;
• determine that a drug identified in the real-time prescription information satisfies a criterion in the set of criteria for the intervention program;
• determine, based on the pharmaceutical profile for the patient, that the information in the pharmaceutical profile satisfies a remainder of the criteria in the set of criteria for the intervention program;
• and
• generate, based on the pharmaceutical profile for the patient, the intervention program, and the real-time prescription information for the patient an intervention plan for the patient, wherein the intervention plan comprises specialized instructions for the patient regarding joining the intervention program.
