Claims review method and system

A system, comprising:

• at least one non-transitory storage medium, storing at least one instruction set;
• and
• at least one processor, communicatively connected to the at least one non-transitory storage medium, wherein the at least one instruction set when executed by the at least one processor causes the at least one processor to:
• obtain case information of a target case in response to a claim request submitted by a user for the target case in an interactive interface;
• perform an adjustment operation and a claim assessment operation in parallel based on the case information to obtain an adjustment result and a claim assessment result, wherein the adjustment result at least represents a claim amount of the target case, and the claim assessment result at least represents whether second-level review is supported for the target case and whether claims in the target case are supported;
• and
• when determining, based on the claim assessment result, that the second-level review is supported for the target case, prompt, in the interactive interface, that the second-level review is supported for the target case, determine a review result of the second-level review based on the claim assessment result and the adjustment result, and present the review result in the interactive interface, wherein the review result comprises whether the claims are supported and/or the claim amount, wherein
• a duration from a moment at which the claim request is submitted to a moment at which the review result is presented is a second-level duration.
