Documentation Record Retrieval and Transaction Matching

A non-transitory computer readable medium configured to store code comprising instructions, wherein the instructions, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to:

• receive, by a computing server, one or more selection criteria from an organization client, the selection criteria specifying parameters, wherein transactions associated with one or more of the parameters are selected to be verified;
• process transactions on behalf of the organization client, each of the transactions incurred between a third-party named entity and a transaction account associated with the organization client;
• identify one or more of the transactions as unverified transactions based on the unverified transactions being associated with one or more of the parameters specified by the organization client;
• establish, for a secure server, an access privilege of a third-party server;
• receive, from the secure server, communication payloads retrieved by the secure server under the access privilege, the communication payloads including documentation records automatically generated by third-party named entities acknowledging occurrences of transactions;
• for each documentation record:
• extract attributes from the documentation record and data associated with a communication payload that contains the documentation record;
• and
• match a transaction documented by the documentation record to one of the unverified transactions, wherein the matching comprises scoring the attributes against metadata of the one of the unverified transactions;
• and
• cause a graphical user interface that allows the organization client to manage the transactions to display an indication of which of the unverified transactions is successfully matched.

A system comprising:

• one or more processors;
• and
• memory configured to store code comprising instructions, wherein the instructions, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to:
• receive one or more selection criteria from an organization client, the selection criteria specifying parameters, wherein transactions associated with one or more of the parameters are selected to be verified;
• process transactions on behalf of the organization client, each of the transactions incurred between a third-party named entity and a transaction account associated with the organization client;
• identify one or more of the transactions as unverified transactions based on the unverified transactions being associated with one or more of the parameters specified by the organization client;
• establish an access privilege of a third-party server;
• receive communication payloads retrieved by the secure server under the access privilege, the communication payloads including documentation records automatically generated by third-party named entities acknowledging occurrences of transactions;
• for each documentation record:
• extract attributes from the documentation record and data associated with a communication payload that contains the documentation record;
• and
• match a transaction documented by the documentation record to one of the unverified transactions, wherein the matching comprises scoring the attributes against metadata of the one of the unverified transactions;
• and
• cause a graphical user interface that allows the organization client to manage the transactions to display an indication of which of the unverified transactions is successfully matched.
