Folding elevated working platform

An elevated platform apparatus comprising:

• a first assembly having a first pair of rails coupled with a plurality of rungs;
• a second assembly having a second pair of rails, the second assembly being rotatably coupled with the first assembly and movable relative to the first assembly between a deployed state and a collapsed state;
• a platform pivotally coupled to the first assembly;
• and
• a guard structure including:
• a pair of arms pivotally coupled to the first pair of rails;
• a tray coupled with and extending between the arms of the pair of arms;
• a pair of link members coupled with the arms and with the first pair of rails;
• and
• at least one gate pivotally coupled with a first arm of the pair of arms and extending toward a second arm of the pair of arms;
• wherein with the first assembly and the second assembly in the collapsed state, the platform and the guard structure entirely lie between a front plane of the first assembly and a rear plane of the second assembly.

An elevated platform apparatus comprising:

• a first assembly having a first pair of rails coupled with a plurality of rungs;
• a second assembly having a second pair of rails, the second assembly being rotatably coupled with the first assembly and movable relative to the first assembly between a deployed state and a collapsed state;
• a platform rotatably coupled to the first assembly;
• and
• a cage structure including:
• a guard structure rotatably coupled to the first pair of rails and extending around at least three sides of a workspace situated above an outer perimeter of the platform;
• and
• at least one gate pivotally coupled to the guard structure and extending along a fourth side of the workspace;
• wherein with the first assembly and the second assembly in the collapsed state, the platform and the guard structure entirely lie between a front plane of the first assembly and a rear plane of the second assembly.
