A repair instruction device comprising:

• a target plating thickness determination unit configured to determine a target plating thickness to be applied to a repair object having a repaired portion, based on a measured shape, which is a result of measuring a shape of the repair object;
• and
• a plating condition determination unit configured to determine, as plating conditions, a gel material shape, which is a shape of a plating gel material to be attached to the repair object, and an electrode condition including a disposition position of a plating electrode in contact with the plating gel material, based on the calculated target plating thickness, wherein
• the plating condition determination unit supplies the gel material shape and the electrode condition to a plating application unit that repairs the repaired portion of the repair object by processing a formed plating gel or solidifying a molten gel.
