The steel plate comprises a steel substrate and a plating layer provided on the steel substrate, and the surface of the plating layer is coated with a fingerprint-resistant film; the plating layer comprises the following components in mass percentage: Al: 45%-65%, Mg: 0.2%-5.0%, Si: 0.1%-3.0%, Zr: 0.001%-0.15%, Ca: 0.001%-0.15%, and the balance being Zn and inevitable impurities.
