A compound having the formula Ir(LA)x(LB)y(LC)z is disclosed wherein ligand LA has a structure of Formula I, ligand LB has a structure of Formula II, and ligand LC is a bidentate ligand. R1, R2, R3, R4, RD, and RE do not include an electron-withdrawing group; if R1 has an alkyl group with four and more carbon atoms, then RA1 is not neopentyl; and R1 is not a trialkylsilyl or trilalkylgermyl group. Further, at least one is true: at least one RB or RC comprises heteroaryl, wherein the heteroaryl does not comprise the structure, two RB or RC groups are joined to form a fused carbocyclic or heterocyclic ring; or X8 is N, or C with RB attached thereto being D, or CD3, and RA1 is a secondary or tertiary alkyl, cycloalkyl, heteroaryl, or ortho-substituted aryl. Compositions, OLEDs, and consumer products containing the compound are also provided.
