Abstract

A triangulation apparatus for at least two instruments for surgeries on the spinal column. The triangulation apparatus comprises at least two first access openings, through each of which the first instrument can be inserted, and at least one second access opening, through which the second instrument can be inserted. The two first access openings are arranged relative to the second access opening such that the trajectories through the two first access openings intersect the trajectory through the second access opening at different distances distally from the triangulation apparatus. The invention also relates to an instrument set having a first instrument, a second instrument, and the triangulation apparatus according to the invention, and to a method for spinal column surgery using the triangulation apparatus according to the invention.
