Abstract
A temperature regulating system for heating and cooling an occupant of a bed includes bed covering assembly which includes a duvet cover and a bladder contained in the duvet cover. The bladder defines a plurality of apertures which extend through a bottom layer of the bladder. The apertures increase in size from a foot end of the bladder to a head end of the bladder. An air treatment device may supply heated or cooled air into the bladder through an inlet defined at the foot end of the bladder. The supplied air is directed downwardly toward the occupant through the duvet cover to heat or cool the occupant.
