Abstract
A production guidance device includes a plan section and a guidance section. The plan section is configured to plan a timing for pre-supplying a device, which is necessary for changeover work of a board work machine and replenishment work of the device with respect to the board work machine, from a storage device to an empty region of at least one of a first slot and a second slot by using a conveyance device. The guidance section is configured to provide a worker with a guidance of supply of the device to the storage device during a predetermined period before the timing for pre-supply planned by the plan section.
Claims10
A production guidance device to be applied to a production line including
- a board work machine including a first slot capable of holding a device to be used for production of a product board and a second slot capable of preliminarily holding the device that is scheduled to be used in the production of the product board or capable of temporarily holding the device that is no longer necessary for the production of the product board, the board work machine being configured to perform predetermined board work on a board to produce the product board,
- a storage device capable of preliminarily holding the device that is scheduled to be used in the production of the product board or capable of temporarily holding the device that is no longer necessary for the production of the product board, and
- a conveyance device configured to supply the device supplied to the storage device to the first slot or the second slot and collect the device that is no longer necessary for the production of the product board from the first slot or the second slot to the storage device,
- the production guidance device comprising:
- a plan section configured to plan a timing for pre-supplying the device, which is necessary for changeover work of the board work machine and replenishment work of the device with respect to the board work machine, from the storage device to an empty region of at least one of the first slot and the second slot by using the conveyance device;
- and
- a guidance section configured to provide a worker with a guidance of supply of the device to the storage device during a predetermined period before the timing for pre-supplying planned by the plan section.
A production guidance method to be applied to a production line including
- a board work machine including a first slot capable of holding a device to be used for production of a product board and a second slot capable of preliminarily holding the device that is scheduled to be used in the production of the product board or capable of temporarily holding the device that is no longer necessary for the production of the product board, the board work machine being configured to perform predetermined board work on a board to produce the product board,
- a storage device capable of preliminarily holding the device that is scheduled to be used in the production of the product board or capable of temporarily holding the device that is no longer necessary for the production of the product board, and
- a conveyance device configured to supply the device supplied to the storage device to the first slot or the second slot and collect the device that is no longer necessary for the production of the product board from the first slot or the second slot to the storage device,
- the production guidance method comprising:
- a plan step of planning a timing for pre-supplying the device, which is necessary for changeover work of the board work machine and replenishment work of the device with respect to the board work machine, from the storage device to an empty region of at least one of the first slot and the second slot by using the conveyance device;
- and
- a guidance step of providing a worker with a guidance of supply of the device to the storage device during a predetermined period before the timing for pre-supplying planned by the plan step.
