Healthcare data factory system for analytics and metrics including patient demographic data integration

A system comprising:

• a data factory including a cloud server, one or more databases, one or more processors, and memory, the one or more processors executing middleware software, data integration software, and analytics software, the data factory configured as intelligent middleware ensuring interoperability between internet of things (IoT)-enabled medical devices, electronic health record systems, and institutional healthcare frameworks;
• the data factory configured to include a data analytics system providing data analytics and operational metrics related to processes for stations for care including one or more of capabilities and strategies for data transformation and reporting of data patterns, the stations having an interior area for a patient session;
• the data factory configured to communicate the processes to the stations and the processes controlling data capture by a diagnostic equipment associated with the stations;
• a population health management system including the one or more processors and population health management software executing on the one or more processors, the population health management system configured to provide population health management based on one or more of patient population metrics including social determinants of health (SDOH) and demographic metrics;
• an integration hub including the cloud server, application programming interface (API) management systems, and orchestration software executing on the one or more processors, the integration hub configured to operate within a power-strip integration hub architecture that functions as a central orchestration system for healthcare ecosystem communications;
• data storage systems and architectures including one or more databases and cloud-based storage infrastructure, the data storage systems and architectures configured to provide secure storage for patient information and demographic data;
• APIs and data integration pipelines including the one or more processors executing integration software and API interfaces, the APIs and data integration pipelines configured to enable integration with external healthcare platforms and publicly available SDOH data sources from federal government databases;
• a user behavior tracking and monitoring system including the one or more processors and tracking software executing on the one or more processors, the user behavior tracking and monitoring system configured to analyze patient interaction patterns and demographic characteristics from the stations in populations that lack healthcare data representation;
• and
• data factory dashboards including the one or more processors executing dashboard interface software, the data factory dashboards configured to provide dashboarding solutions for monitoring and managing data and data factory operations including one or more of data factory metrics, command center metrics, and metrics for the stations;
• wherein the data factory is further configured to incorporate demographic-tuned AI models based on a combination of publicly available SDOH data and SDOH data gathered from the stations in populations that lack healthcare data representation, enabling creation of new SDOH models for populations where traditional healthcare data is limited.

A computer-implemented method comprising:

• processing patient population data from a plurality of hybrid stations for care through a data factory, the data factory including a cloud server, one or more databases, and one or more processors;
• processing by the data factory patient population data from the stations with integrated medical devices and integrating publicly available social determinants of health (SDOH) data with SDOH data gathered from the stations, the stations having an interior area for a patient session;
• providing data analytics and operational metrics related to processes for the stations including one or more of capabilities and strategies for data transformation and reporting of data patterns as control data;
• communicating the control data to diagnostic equipment associated with the stations and the control data updates a process for data capture;
• providing population health management based on one or more of patient population metrics including SDOH and demographic metrics;
• integrating with external healthcare platforms and SDOH data sources through application programming interfaces (API) and data integration pipelines;
• analyzing patient interaction patterns and demographic characteristics through user behavior tracking and monitoring;
• providing dashboarding solutions for monitoring and managing data and data factory operations including one or more of data factory metrics, command center metrics, and metrics for the stations;
• and
• incorporating SDOH data analysis capabilities that address healthcare data gaps in populations that lack healthcare data representation.
