Abstract
Disclosed is a method of detecting a dangerous object for an aerial vehicle. The method includes setting an object detection area in air in which the aerial vehicle is in flight using a first sensor, a second sensor, and a third sensor; detecting an object in the set object detection area; generating detailed object information on the detected object; and determining whether the detected object is the dangerous object based on the generated detailed object information.

An electronic device included in an aerial vehicle, comprising:
- a plurality of sensors including a first sensor having a first detection distance, a second sensor having a second detection distance shorter than the first detection distance;
- a processor, wherein the processor is configured to:
- identify an external object using at least one of the plurality of sensors,
- based on identifying the external object, determine a distance between the external object and the aerial vehicle,
- based on the distance:
- in a case that the distance is determined as shorter than the first detection distance and longer than the second detection distance, selectively generate object information corresponding to the external object relying upon sensor data of the first sensor, and
- in a case that the distance is determined as shorter than the second detection distance, generate the object information corresponding to the external object using a fusion of the sensor data of the first sensor and sensor data of the second sensor, and
- control the aerial vehicle based on the object information.
A method performed by an electronic device included in an aerial vehicle, wherein a plurality of sensors including a first sensor has a first detection distance, a second sensor has a second detection distance shorter than the first detection distance;
- comprising:
- identifying an external object using at least one of the plurality of sensors,
- based on identifying the external object, determining a distance between the external object and the aerial vehicle,
- based on the distance:
- in a case that the distance is determined as shorter than the first detection distance and longer than the second detection distance, selectively generating object information corresponding to the external object relying upon sensor data of the first sensor, and
- in a case that the distance is determined as shorter than the second detection distance, generating the object information corresponding to the external object using a fusion of the sensor data of the first sensor and sensor data of the second sensor, and
- controlling the aerial vehicle based on the object information.
A non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing one or more programs, the one or more programs comprising instructions to, when executed by an electronic device included in an aerial vehicle, wherein a plurality of sensors including a first sensor has a first detection distance, a second sensor has a second detection distance shorter than the first detection distance, cause the electronic device to:
