Service widget refresh method and electronic device

An electronic device, comprising:

• a data proxy, a data management service, and a widget management service;
• a first application;
• one or more processors;
• and
• one or more memories coupled to the one or more processors and storing programming instructions for execution by the one or more processors to perform operations comprising:
• displaying, by the electronic device, a first service widget and first content in the first service widget;
• obtaining, by the data proxy, an address of second content from the data management service, wherein the data management service is used to store a data identifier and an address of the first application, and the data identifier and the address of the first application comprise an identifier and an address of the first content and an identifier and an address of the second content;
• sending, by the data proxy, the address of the second content to the widget management service;
• providing, by the widget management service, the address of the second content for the electronic device;
• obtaining, by the electronic device, the second content based on the address of the second content;
• and
• displaying the second content in the first service widget.

A chip system, wherein the chip system is used in an electronic device, the chip system comprises one or more processors coupled to one or more memories storing programming instructions for execution by the one or more processors to perform operations comprising:

• displaying, by the electronic device, a first service widget and first content in the first service widget, wherein the electronic device comprises a data proxy, a widget management service, and a data management service, and a first application is installed in the electronic device;
• obtaining, by the data proxy, an address of second content from the data management service, wherein the data management service is used to store a data identifier and an address of the first application, and the data identifier and the address of the first application comprise an identifier and an address of the first content and an identifier and an address of the second content;
• sending, by the data proxy, the address of the second content to the widget management service;
• providing, by the widget management service, the address of the second content for the electronic device;
• obtaining, by the electronic device, the second content based on the address of the second content;
• and
• displaying the second content in the first service widget.
