Abstract

A system for providing real-time route views includes a user device computer and a server computer in electronic communication. The user device computer is programmed to identify a potential navigation route. The user device computer is programmed to transmit a request for real-time images captured along the potential navigation route to the server computer. The user device computer is programmed to receive one or more real-time images from the server computer. The user device computer is programmed to display the one or more received real-time images. The server computer is programmed to, in response to receiving the request for real-time images captured along the potential navigation route from the user device computer, collect one or more real-time images along the potential navigation route. The server computer is programmed to transmit the one or more captured real-time images to the user device computer.
