Abstract
A support device for batten fixing structures includes a head with a U-shaped geometry defining a housing formed by a bottom and two side walls projected from the bottom and configured to hold a first slat within the housing. Each side wall features notches that allow for clip-type adjustments of a second slat intended to be attached to the head. The device also has at least two tabs extending from the bottom of the housing. Each tab is shorter in height than the side walls and extends over a length smaller than the length of the side of the bottom from which it protrudes, creating respective openings between each tab and the side walls.

A support device for batten fixing structure comprising a head configured to be fixed to a floor by means of a screw,
- wherein the head comprises a U-shaped geometry defining a housing by means of a bottom and two side walls projected from the bottom of the housing, such that the device is configured to receive a first slat of a batten fixing structure in the housing of the head,
- wherein each side wall comprises at least two notches,
- wherein the notches of the side walls are configured to allow a clip-like adjustment of a second slat configured to be fixed to the head covering the housing,
- wherein it comprises at least two tabs,
- wherein each tab is projected from a side of the bottom of the housing adjacent to the side walls,
- wherein each tab comprises a height less than the height of the side walls and wherein each tab spans a length less than the length of the side of the bottom wherefrom it is projected, such that there are respective openings between each tab and the side walls,
- wherein the at least two notches of each side wall are located in correspondence with a free edge of the side wall opposite the bottom of the housing, such that the notches of each side wall are disposed at each end of the edge of the side wall furthest from the bottom.
