Abstract
Methods and systems are described for extracting and assaying one or more nucleic acid molecules. The methods may include extracting one or more nucleic acid molecules from a biological sample of a subject. The one or more nucleic acid molecules may include deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA). The methods may include assaying the extracted DNA using a single genomic assay. The systems may include systems for executing these methods.
Claims19
A method comprising:
- (a) extracting one or more nucleic acid molecules from a biological sample of a subject, wherein the one or more nucleic acid molecules comprise deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA);
- and
- (b) assaying the extracted DNA using a single genomic assay.
