Abstract
The present invention refers to a solution of liquid, concentrated and stable tannic acid for application in a brewing process for colloidal stabilization, as well as to the description of the process comprising the application of the liquid tannic acid solution in order to obtain the desired performance and technological and sensory advantages.

A CONCENTRATED LIQUID TANNIC ACID SOLUTION FOR APPLICATION IN BEER, characterized by comprising:
- 10% to 70% tannic acid powder (weight/weight);
- 1% to 55% grain alcohol (weight/weight);
- and
- 1% to 55% water (weight/weight).
