Abstract
Provided herein are compounds of Formula (I), Formula (II), pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and compositions thereof, wherein R, R1, R2, and M are defined herein. The disclosed compounds are useful for treating various conditions, including alcoholism, substance abuse disorder, and opioid use disorder.

A compound of Formula (I):
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
- M is hydrogen, C1-C8 alkyl, —CR1R2—O—C1-C5 alkyl, or
- R is hydrogen, C1-C8 alkyl, or cycloalkyl;
- R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen, C1-C8 alkyl, or cycloalkyl, or R1 and R2 together with the atoms to which they are attached form a C3-C8 cycloalkyl;
- and
- R3 and R4 are independently hydrogen, C1-C8 alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkylene-cycloalkyl, aryl, or R3 and R4 together with the atoms to which they are attached form a heterocycle,
- wherein when R is methyl and R1 and R2 are hydrogen, M is not hydrogen.

- R is hydrogen, C1-C8alkyl, or cycloalkyl;
