Injector system for masking openings in component

A method for masking a plurality of openings in a component, the method comprising:

• repeatedly:
• positioning at least one injector body within a respective opening of the plurality of openings, the injector body including:
• a radiation transmitting channel including a first terminal end and a second opposing end configured to optically communicate with a source of radiation;
• a radiation-curable material passage defined in the injector body adjacent to the radiation transmitting channel, the radiation-curable material passage including a first terminal end and a second opposing end configured to fluidly communicate with a source of radiation-curable material;
• and
• a first radiation block between the radiation transmitting channel and the radiation-curable material passage, the first radiation block configured to prevent radiation from the radiation transmitting channel from entering the radiation-curable material passage;
• and
• masking at least a portion of the respective opening by retracting the injector body from the respective opening while dispensing the radiation-curable material from the first terminal end of the radiation-curable material passage and cure the radiation-curable material by directing radiation from at least the first terminal end of the radiation transmitting channel.
