Decorative molded article and method for producing same

A method for producing a decorative molded article comprising:

• preparing a decorative sheet including a base material made of an acrylic resin having a glass transition temperature of 90° C. to 130° C., a hard coat layer formed on the base material, and an antireflection layer formed on the hard coat layer;
• forming an adhesive layer made of a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin on a surface of the base material opposite to a surface on which the hard coat layer is formed;
• disposing the decorative sheet on which the adhesive layer is formed in an injection molding die including a first die and a second die that forms a cavity with the first die by clamping such that the antireflection layer faces a cavity surface of the first die of the injection molding die;
• three-dimensionally molding the decorative sheet on which the adhesive layer is formed along a shape of a cavity surface of the first die;
• clamping the injection molding die;
• injecting a molten resin made of an acrylic resin having a glass transition temperature of 90° C. to 130° C. into the cavity to mold an injection molding, and simultaneously fixing the decorative sheet to a surface of the injection molding via the adhesive layer;
• and
• opening the injection molding die to take out the injection molding.
