• the method comprising the steps of:
• receiving a notification indicating a predetermined error transmitted from the robot, by the management apparatus;
• and
• enabling an operation screen to be displayed on a display unit based on receipt of the notification by the management apparatus, wherein the operation screen includes:
• a capture image captured by the image capture unit of the robot;
• and
• an instruction input user interface for accepting an instruction of an operator regarding a product shown in the capture image.

A non-transitory computer program product for managing a robot, the non-transitory computer program product having computing program instructions thereon, wherein the computing program instructions when executed by one or more processors, configure a robot to identify a product as a target of work based on at least one of a capture image captured by an image capture unit and a detection result by a distance detection unit, and which performs work including holding of the identified product,

• wherein the wherein the one or more processors is further configured to:
• receive a notification indicating a predetermined error transmitted from the robot, by the management apparatus;
• and
• enable an operation screen to be displayed on a display unit based on receipt of the notification by the management apparatus, wherein the operation screen comprises:
• a capture image captured by the image capture unit of the robot;
• and
• an instruction input user interface for accepting an instruction of an operator regarding a product shown in the capture image.
