Naphthylamide compound, and preparation method therefor and use thereof

A compound represented by formula (I) or a stereoisomer, tautomer, polymorph, co-crystal, solvate, metabolite, prodrug, deuterated compound, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:

• wherein:
• R1 is selected from methyl and ethyl;
• the methyl or ethyl is unsubstituted or substituted with one or more identical or different Ra;
• each Ra is independently selected from halogen, C1-6 alkoxy, —NR′R″, and halogenated C1-6 alkoxy;
• wherein R′ and R″ are each independently selected from H, C1-6 alkyl, and C3-6 cycloalkyl, or R′ and R″, together with the N atom to which they are attached, form a 4-8 membered nitrogen-containing heterocyclyl;
• the 4-8 membered nitrogen-containing heterocyclyl may additionally comprise 1-2 heteroatoms selected from N, O, and S;
• R2 and R3 are each independently selected from:
• H, halogen, and C1-6 alkyl;
• ring A is selected from C4-10 cycloalkyl and 4-10 membered heterocyclyl;
• the 4-10 membered heterocyclyl comprises 1 to 4 heteroatoms selected from N, O, and S;
• the C4-10 cycloalkyl or 4-10 membered heterocyclyl is unsubstituted or substituted with one or more identical or different Rb;
• each Rb is independently selected from halogen, C1-6 alkyl, and halogenated C1-6 alkyl;
• or, ring A is selected from the groups:
• wherein:
• in A1, R4 is selected from F, Cl, C1-6 alkyl, and halogenated C1-6 alkyl;
• in A2, R5 is selected from halogen, C1-6 alkyl, and halogenated C1-6 alkyl;
• in A3, R4 and R5 are each independently selected from halogen, C1-6 alkyl, and halogenated C1-6 alkyl;
• in A4, R6 is selected from F and Cl, and R4 and R5 are each independently selected from halogen, C10.6 alkyl, and halogenated C1-6 alkyl;
• when R6 is Cl, R1 is methyl or ethyl;
• in A5, R5 and R6 are each independently selected from halogen, C1-6 alkyl, and halogenated C1-6 alkyl;
• when ring A is
• R1 is ethyl, or methyl or ethyl substituted with one or more Ra.
