Abstract
A method of producing yogurt milk from raw milk is provided. The method comprises separating (the raw milk into skim milk and cream, providing a food powder that comprises at least 80% solids, mixing the skim milk and the food powder to form a mixture, combining the mixture and at least part of the cream to form yogurt milk, and pasteurizing the yogurt milk.

A method of producing yogurt milk from raw milk, the method comprising:
- separating the raw milk into skim milk and cream,
- providing a food powder that comprises at least 80% solids,
- mixing the skim milk and the food powder to form a mixture,
- combining the mixture and at least part of the cream to form yogurt milk, and
- pasteurizing the yogurt milk.
