Method and device for three-dimensional levitation culture of organoids

A device for three-dimensional levitation culture of organoids comprising:

• an inlet into which a fluid including organoid seeds, which include magnetic nanoparticles, and a culture medium are injected;
• a microchannel connected to the inlet and into which the organoid seeds are separately injected at predetermined injection intervals and then moved, and held and cultured at a predetermined culture position;
• an outlet through which the culture medium and the cultured organoids are discharged;
• a microfluidic chip including valves capable of blocking the movement of the fluid to the inlet and the outlet;
• and
• a magnet array disposed on each of both opposite surfaces of the microfluidic chip, and including magnets providing magnetic force to levitate and hold the organoid seeds in the microchannel at the culture position.
