A composition according to an aspect of the present disclosure contains water, lithium hydroxide, at least one organic substance that has no carboxyl group and that dissolves in water, and at least one active material. The percentage of the lithium hydroxide relative to the water is greater than or equal to 10% as a percentage by mass.

A composition comprising:
- water;
- lithium hydroxide;
- at least one organic substance that has no carboxyl group and that dissolves in water;
- and
- at least one active material containing element V, wherein:
- a percentage of the lithium hydroxide relative to the water is greater than or equal to 10% as a percentage by mass.
